APRIL PROGRAM AAUW: ACTIVE ON THE NATIONAL STAGE

Nancy MacKenzie, a member of AAUW Lobby Corps since May 1980, gave a very interesting program on AAUW Lobby Corp. Lobby Corp was started in 1972 and every Thursday morning that Congress is in session, about 30 days a year, Lobby Corps members are briefed on that week’s priority and then proceeds to selected congressional offices to educate policy makers.
